Can I track or know the estimated delivery date for my orders on FanBase?
Before your orders are shipped, the estimated delivery date of your orders can be checked on the cart page. After ordering, a confirmation email containing the estimated time frame will be sent to your email address.
Immediately your orders are shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that will contain the information needed to track/monitor your order shipment. This will include the tracking link and your order tracking number.
Please note that estimated time frame or delivery time is an approximation, your delivery might arrive as scheduled, early or a little late.
What is the cost of shipping orders?
FanBase offers free shipping and delivery for all local orders i.e. within the USA. For international orders, we offer free shipping for only items that will be shipped from our China warehouse.
Aside from the orders that fall into the categories stated above, the shipping fee will depend on the order destination.
How long does it take to ship out my orders after making payment?
Usually, we ship out all orders in 3-5 days. After shipment, you will be able to track your delivery process through the information that will be provided by the shipping company.
What shipping options are available on FanBase?
We offer our customers flexible shipping options which include:
- Standard Delivery – Most of the products we offer can be delivered by carriers like FedEx, USPS, UPS and more. This company will deliver your orders to your doorstep. They also offer express delivery options for faster shipment.
- UPS Mail Innovations Services – This service is provided by a combination of two companies. UPS will deliver the order your post office while USPS picks it up from there and deliver to your doorstep.
- Items with Big size – For orders that are too heavy to be shipped through the methods mentioned above, we deliver through one of the following through other methods which include Curbside delivery, Threshold delivery, White Glove Delivery, etc. With these methods, we carrier will call, text or send you an email to schedule a delivery time.
What are the shipping cost and delivery time for international orders?
Aside from worldwide shipment from our China Warehouse which is free, shipping rates will depend on the destination country, package weight, and the shipping carrier.
Fan Base will not be responsible for any shipment delay that may arise duet to regulations or procedures of the destination country.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
If on arrival, you are noticed that the purchased item is damaged, please contact FanBase. We’ll advise you on how to get a replacement or a refund. If you are present at the point for delivery, you can refuse the damaged items. If possible, you can also note the damage on the delivery receipt presented by the carrier.

If there are delivery restrictions on any item, it will be indicated on the item page.
