Returns & Exchanges

You agree only to return products purchased or ordered under the following instances:

  1. Wrong product delivery
  2. Wrong product description
  3. Not satisfied with the product
  4. Damaged product(s)

Only on the conditions listed above will you be granted permission to return products ordered. The product(s) needs to be returned in the following terms:

  1. Its original form
  2. At resalable condition
  3. With all the contents/packaging untampered

The goods must be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Proof of purchase, especially receipts or ID, is needed to ascertain when such goods were purchased. Not until then will your return be processed. You are advised to detach your data and ordering information from the product(s) you are returning.

You agree to pay the return shipping fee except the return is a mistake from FanBase Mart. Only on this condition will a shipping replacement be paid to you if a product exchange is requested.

You can also return or exchange exclusive order products for reasons known to you asides the ones stated in this term. You will be refunded 70% of the original purchase price with proof of purchase and products untampered.


You agree that not all products are returnable and they are called non-returnable products. These are products that are damaged by the buyer, or a part is missing or incomplete due to your negligence or unoriginal form of the product.

FanBase Mart will also not issue a refund if you cause a delay in delivery of order as a result of the provision of the wrong shipping address.
